Founded over 41 years ago by Bob Tyler, the Caspian Group has become scaffolding innovators in the industry and received global recognition as an exporter of scaffolding boards and supplies.

The Brief
Despite the Caspian Group’s esteemed reputation as the leading supplier of scaffolding boards in the UK, their original website did not meet the standards expected of a globally operating company.
The inability to rank for specific keywords and a lack of crucial metrics made it challenging to assess the website’s performance.
Moreover, the outdated platform resulted in some products being invisible and unavailable for promotion online.

The Result
Firstly, we tackled the required website development to provide a cleaner and more user-friendly design. By simplifying the overall design into five areas (Home, About, Products, News, and Contact), we ensured we emphasised Caspian’s key selling points, which included their reliability, excellent service standards and accreditation.
We used a white backdrop with bold blue and yellow branded colours to coordinate the design layout alongside high-visibility imagery to promote their extensive product range.
With the website development complete, we then moved on to optimising the content for SEO. After finding the main and long-tail keywords in our initial research and website audit, we applied these words to the website copy to help drive organic traffic by increasing search engine results.
Following the success of the first stage, the next step in the strategy is to move on to Google AdWords and develop a social media strategy via the company’s LinkedIn profile.
