Did you hear about our Social Media Success workshop? Well if you didn’t here’s a quick update on what happened on the day and what our participants learnt on the day. On Social Media Day we launched our workshop, Taking Social Media To The Next Level! We wanted to create a workshop which would give people the opportunity to dig a little deeper into social media.
So rather than just learning how to tweet or write a post, we went into the strategic planning, latest tools to use and upcoming trends to help businesses stay ahead of the curve for 2018.
“Really professional session; definitely worthwhile attending and the lessons learned/takeaway materials have helped to give some real structure to our social media strategy.” Recap We started our day at 9 am and finished at 12:30, giving all of our delegates plenty of time to get the most out of the workshop. (Free breakfast was also included!)
The first part of the workshop focused on strategy; looking at Key Performance Indicators and getting the most from your social platforms by setting manageable KPIs. We provided a 12-month calendar for delegates to plot their messages as well as promoting ideas and how social fits with their overall marketing plan.
The second half of the workshop explained how trends and tech could help elevate the delegates social presence. We looked at virtual reality, IoT, Automation and On-Demand services to name a few.

“Eighty3Creative are a close-knit team dedicated to sharing their pooled knowledge with local businesses. Their knowledge is extensive. Our presenter, Abhi, evidently has an absolute wealth of expertise and experience in social media strategy and spoke fluidly giving information and examples of how to maximise social media use. She had so much insight, she was hard pushed to divulge it all in the allocated time! It left me feeling there was so much more to learn, so I look forward to their next event. The bacon butties were a bonus too!”
